We go public!

We decided to release the assembly and annotation of the European amphioxus B. lanceolatum genome (see Data) and we also put this website online because we felt some information about these datasets was necessary, and it was the best way to provide it. We will update this site in the future with news of the project, related publications and corresponding datasets . Please feel free to send us feedback about which improvement we can make, and which information you would like to see here!
